Noel is considered one of the most published photographers in the country with more than 200 magazine covers to his belt.

Noel is a staff member and has established relationships with many magazines and has given opportunities to many models to be published and realize their dream to be on the cover of a magazine.  He is one of the very few photographers who actively work with many top US and international magazines.

Many of his clients flies from all over the world just to shoot with him LA. Many comes from Australia where he gets a magazine cover almost every month with some of Australia's biggest magazines.
